Return Policy

Enly, Inc. accepts all returns of unworn, unwashed, unused and not damaged merchandise with hang tag and disposable seal bag.  Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and receive a RMA number. Please fill out the the return form that came with your shipment, noting the RMA# in the upper right hand corner.

To receive a full refund for your Item(s), please request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing service@enlystyle.com
To ensure that our RMA messages get to you (and don't go to your junk or bulk email folders), please add service@enlystyle.com to your address book.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. If your order has been sent to a destination within California, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside of the United States, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Important notes:
1.Item should be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA number
2. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
3. Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit.
4. Please pack and seal your return merchandise securely and include the completed "Return Form" with RMA #. (Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
5. Mail the package to: Enly, Inc. 17800 Castleton St. #135, City of Industry, CA 91748 U.S.A.

It's free to exchange items for a different size.  To exchange an item, please specify the new size on the return and exchange form that was send with your order and follow the instructions above.

Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a new style, we suggest that you return it for refund or store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories APO/FPO and international addresses.

Late Returns

Items should be returned within 14 days of the date of your RMA request. Late RMA request and returns outside these time frames are accepted at the discretion of Enly, Inc. and may only be refunded as a store credit. Please note that RMA numbers requested after 7 days may also be granted at our discretion.

Final Sales
All sales, jewelry and items marked as "Sale" are final. FINAL SALES items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, refunds.
